A staged bonus system supports players from the first deposit through reloads and ongoing promotions. With Stay, we back that structure by offering first-deposit matches, welcome free spins, regular reload bonuses, cashback and event promos so players can choose rewards that suit their balance and playstyle.
Each offer carries its own conditions - minimum deposit in AUD, wagering requirements, time limits and game restrictions may vary. We encourage reviewing the full terms before opting in and contacting support if anything is unclear to ensure a smooth claim and responsible play.
Welcome Bonus
Our Stay Welcome Bonus is a starting offer for new players that combines a deposit match with free spins to boost your initial bankroll. New Australian players can opt in at the deposit screen using promo code AUWELCOME and claim a 100% match up to AUD 500 plus 100 free spins on Elvis Frog in Vegas with a minimum deposit of AUD 20. This gives a larger play balance from the first deposit and extra chances to win on popular slots.
Bonus funds are credited after your qualifying deposit and spins are awarded separately, while we apply the relevant wagering rules and time limits. Free spins convert to bonus cash and both bonus funds and spins are subject to a 40× wagering requirement and a 7-day expiry, with specific game restrictions and a maximum bet rule enforced.
Key benefits:
- 100% match up to AUD 500 for a bigger starting bankroll
- 100 free spins on Elvis Frog in Vegas
- Easy opt-in with promo code AUWELCOME and AUD deposits accepted
Please review the promotion terms, including wagering requirements and other conditions, before claiming.
Cashback
Our Stay Casino Cashback program can return a portion of your net losses over a defined period, typically weekly, and is credited in AUD to eligible accounts. Designed to extend play and smooth out short-term variance, cashback helps recover a share of losses so you can keep playing longer, but it does not guarantee future wins or remove risk.
Calculated on net losses after valid bets and adjusted for bonuses and voided wagers, cashback is usually a fixed percentage with a maximum cap and may exclude certain games. It can be credited automatically or after opt-in, and may be issued as cash or bonus funds subject to wagering requirements and verification. Please note eligibility rules, game exclusions, and timing apply, and we reserve the right to withhold cashback for accounts that breach terms.
Situations where cashback may be useful:
- After a losing week to regain some playtime without depositing more.
- When trying a new game to reduce variance while learning mechanics.
- During downswing periods to manage bankroll and stretch sessions.
Please review the promotion terms carefully, including percentage, limits, and any wagering rules.
Reload Bonus
Returning players enjoy our Stay Reload Bonus, a promotion designed to add extra value to repeat deposits and support extended play sessions. By opting in at the deposit screen or entering a promo code, customers receive matched funds or free spins that increase bankroll flexibility; this encourages exploration across slots, live tables and provably fair crash games without risking as much of your own balance.
Offer timing and mechanics can differ - we run weekly reloads, weekend top-ups and occasional high-value boosts, and activation methods or qualifying conditions may vary by campaign. Wagering requirements, maximum bonus amounts and eligible games are set per offer, so we recommend checking the specific terms before claiming to ensure you understand playthrough and time limits.
- Match percentage and maximum bonus amount
- Minimum deposit and activation method (opt-in or promo code)
- Wagering requirements and eligible games
Receiving additional funds with a qualifying deposit helps us reward your loyalty and gives you more chances to win.
Free Spins
Stay offers promotional free spins on selected slot games that let players explore featured titles without risking their own funds. Designed to highlight new releases and popular favourites, these promotional spins can arrive as part of welcome packages, reload bonuses or no-deposit rewards, and we often attach playthrough requirements, stake caps and time limits to keep the offers fair and responsible.
Because each promotion can carry different conditions and limits, take a moment to read the specific rules before opting in. To make that easier, we've prepared a short checklist of key points every player should review when claiming free spins at Stay Casino:
- Minimum deposit and opt-in requirements (often AUD 20)
- Wagering requirements, max bet and any cashout caps
- Eligible games, spin value and expiry time
Our full terms for each promotion explain exactly how the offer works.
